We are very happy to announce that Arts Council Wales have awarded us a grant to scale up Coming to our Senses in 2026. What this means is that

  • we will be able to offer subsidised creative mindfulness courses to NHS staff across all parts of Wales.

  • up to 10 trainees will finally complete their training by co-facilitating a course in early 2026.

  • up to 20 NEW trainees from across Wales will enter the trainee pathway, completing the training by the end of 2026 and delivering even more courses later in the year

  • the dream CHEME team at Bangor University will again research the impact, to ensure fidelity and replicability of effect across delivery teams

This is all very exciting and we are very grateful for the support of the Arts Council of Wales Arts In Health and Wellbeing Lottery Fund.
